What are the circular towers in Queens near the intersection of the LIE and Grand Central Parkway?

There are 2 tall towers with round, spaceship-like flying saucers at the top of them, above what looks like an old stadium, near the USTA complex.

Travel Tips
They are remnants from the Worlds Fair that was held there back in the 60's i believe. The giant metallic earth sphere nearby it was also part of the fair.

i believe that during their initial use, they were observation decks and a restaurant. That whole area was turned into a park after the Worlds Fair ended and what you see today is whats left.
Others
They're left over from the 1964 Worlds Fair as is the Unisphere which is nearby.If you saw the movie Men in Black the towers were featured at the end of it.
