Travel Info What are the main attractions for a week long trip? Travel Tips Take the "Turquoise Trail" from ABQ to SF rather than the expressway. It goes thru several old mining towns (now artist colonies). In ABQ and SF, there's plenty of hiking opportunities just outside the city. There's two scenic routes from SF to Taos (I prefer the 'high road'). Depending when you go, some of the indian pueblos may have ceremonies open to the public. In ABQ, go to Old Town, tour Rte. 66, visit Bernalio, Coronado and Corrales towns (just outside ABQ), Eat at Garcia's on 4th or Central. In Santa Fe, the plaza and the museums around town. Go down Canyon road for all the art galleries. Have breakfast at Cafe Pasqual's near the plaza.
