Hot Shop Spots in NYC for reasonable budjet [ spending $50 to $100]?

Looking mainly for clothes/accesories and the like. Going out with the girls sunday! Where are the best places to shop/places I MUST see?

H&M is a great deal...there's several of them, two right down the street from Penn Station. There's also a really great Forever 21 across the street from H&M just off of 6th Avenue & 34th street. You can try the Old Navy on 34th, and Urban Outfitters is always a great place to stop to look at their Clearence! :)
