Travel Tips
Hi. I was born and raised in NJ and I know that everybody from NY comes over the river to NJ to buy their clothes tax free. We don't have any sales tax on clothing.

A popular place for buying fine men's clothing for reasonable prices is SYMS store in Woodbridge NJ. I've bought a coupla suits from SYMS .

The store is always stocked with excellent quality suits. All the the stripes align, the seams match, the stitches are flawless, etc.

They have their own taylors so they know how to get suits to hang off you really slick.

Just make sure your waredrobe now consists of WINTER JACKETS and HATS and SCARVES and a BIG heavy Umbrella and Gloves (nice warm ones)... other then that, a few suits (black, blue, brown or tan) and a few long sleeve and short sleeve shirts in different colors and ties to match or contrast with.... You will need WOOL suits for winter and cotton blends for summer...and SNEAKERS if you plan on walking a LOT and dress shoes of course... Oh and if you are living DIRECTLY in Manhattan, a bike because you are NOT going to want to drive around in Manhattan ESPECIALLY during RUSH HOUR....... and get a subway schedule (can be picked up at any subway station and there are THOUSANDS of them in and around NYC... (which means all 5 Burroughs).....it's a great place to visit---and I visit often but I live 2 and 1/2 hours NORTH.......
