Street Vendors in New York City?

a month ago i was in NYC and saw street vendors, seemed like they were from Mexico, selling bedsheet sets. I'm going back to NY again in few weeks and i want to buy more of those bedsheets, does anyone know where those street vendors are at in NY? Thanks

They're at all the street fairs. There are street fairs every weekend - look in TimeOut New York or check the link below. I bought a few sets - nice patterns, good thread counts, but, the fitted sheets don't fit - they're made for the very, very high mattresses, not the normal size. Do yours fit?

as the first poster stated, if it was bedsheets, it had to be a street fair. do you remember what neighborhood you were in? these fairs pop up randomly all over the city, but are always a treat.

there is one i always go to on the upper west side on Broadway, between 96 and maybe 86 street. i have definately seen bedding being sold there, and relatively cheap too!! come to think of it, this was about the time of year last year that the fair had happened, maybe go check it out

canal street, in nyc u can get anything from anywhere for any price bc their is so much competition. canal street in china town is the best spot!
Those guys are at almost every street fair I've ever been to. On any given weekend when the weather is warm, there's a street fair somewhere.
