You'll be hard pressed to find a hotel under $125/night. And while Rachael Ray might do meals for $40/day, I think in NYC $50-60 is a safer estimate unless you are going to extremes to keep it cheap. Beyond that, it depends on what you are doing and how you are travelling. You could easily blow $80/day on taxis if you use them to go everywhere, while a Metrocard on subways and buses could be held to $7/day. Theater tickets, admission to museums, etc, can add to this. |
