EXCITING and FUN and VERY FUN things to do in NEW YORK CITY??? |
Travel Info My girflriend is coming to meet me and we are going to go to NYC. This is my first time. What are your suggestions for some of the BEST things to do - early morning, afternoon, evening, late night, wheenver. As long as its reasonable, cost is not an issue. I just want her to have the best time. Food suggestions welcome too! Travel Tips definitely go to times square and see some musicals! if you like meat, go to carnegie deli! take her to tourist attractions like the statue of liberty and the empire state building! the toys r us in times square is very cool also (there's a ferris wheel inside!), it will bring out the kid in you! she'd love to walk down madison avenue and see all the fancy shops! go to Soho...you can do some shopping and then go to Balthazar's Bakery, it's delicious! and in Little Italy, there's a restaurant called "Serendipity" that makes the best desserts! (it's from the movie, Serendipity!) Others For dinner definately take her to the restaurant called BED. I went with my boyfriend and we had the best time ever! They don't have tables, they serve you on posturepedic beds on funky trays. The filet is the best I've ever tasted, and I don't even like beef! Something different from the average restaurant. Been there. Go down to the village to watch the musicians play. Go to the statue of libery too. Also go to the intrepid and see the planes etc. Um go to the musems best thing to do is jump on a plane from new york and fly to california :) lol pam im bias huh? westtttttt coastttttttttttt the west sucks all they have is hollywood and its ghetto im bias huh new york has so much to do take her to world of disney and hersheys chocolate world also check out ny rock and roll hall of fame , check out the hard rock in times square and planet hollywood down there , maybe youll see the naked cowboy , if you are in to birds and nature check out the jamica bay wildlife refuge over 350 species of birds are known to visit the area it isnt that far from manhattan and you can go to coney island to check out the freak show on the way back im 25 i dont really go to boardway this is just some stuff i do as a new yorker with my girlfriend OH BY THE WAY THE INTREPID IS IN NEW JERSEY BEING FIXED SO YOU CAN GO THERE DUH obivously you dont live in ny |
