hmm yeah should be too expensive, but enjoy. i've never been.

I say baseball games! You should be able to get cheap tickets.. it's summer.
Take the time to research NY and give the kids a scavenger hunt to complete using disposable cameras. If you dont have time to do research, make the list things like "woman in red high heels" "bum on the street" "business man with ugly tie" an have them take pictures. THey'll have a blast! They can also do things like see how may menus they can collect from resturants; how many McDonalds are in NY....silly things like that. It turns teens back into kids again. I have two teens, trust me....I know!
