Shopping in NYC Babyyy!?

I may be going to New York City soon, and I was wondering if anybody knew where the best designer boutiques are at (Chanel, Prada, Luis Vuitton, etc.). It does NOT have to be inexpensive or anything, I want to find the really nice stuff. If you could give me the names of some areas and streets and all of the boutiques you know of there that would be greeaaatt. Best Answer will most likely go to whoever can get me the most info (number of streets/shops). Thankss!!!!!!!

There are small boutiques as well as large upscale stores along 5th Avenue from roughly 42nd Street to 72nd Street. Same for Madison Avenue. Along 57th Street, especially the stretch from 7th to Lexington Avenues, is also pretty upscale. In fact at 57th Street and 5th Avenue you'll find Tiffany's, Bergdorf Goodman, and Van Cleef & Arpels all across from each other. LV and Tourneau are on 57th and Madison. You can also go to the mall at the Time Warner Center on Columbus Circle, which has Coach, Hugo Boss, Armani, Thomas Pink, Davidoff, and Sisley. If you want a cost-no-object meal, there are also several top restaurants at Time Warner including Per Se and Masa's.

If you dont mind paying 700 bucks for a purse then 5th avenue.
The largest concentration of designer boutiques is the Upper East Side - Madison Avenue from 57th to 79th Street has
Dolce e Gabbana; Valentino; Allegra Hicks; Lambertson Truex; Jimmy Choo's; Issaye Miyake; Ralph Lauren; Roger Vavier; Yves St Laurent; Christofle; Moschino; Prada; DKNY; Calvin Klein; Coach; Ann Taylor; and more are all on this stretch of Madison Avenue! This is the area to go first.
5th ave. is where your looking to go
GO TO 5TH AVE!!! also check some sidestreets of 5th because i think of 4th or 6th ik there is a CHANEL.. also go to china town/southstreetseaport for bags/desginer stuff (its not real but looks real)
