What fun things are there in New York??

I'm going to NY in November and I didn't know any fun things that a 13 year old can do besides broadway.

I lived in new York for 10 years and I loved it.
[im 15 now ]

I saw all the shows on Broadway when I was there,

I also went to Soho for shopping. there is the best shopping in entire ny there so make sure you check Soho out.

they also have sooo many restarunts. try to serch online at like google.com or something for restaruants that you would wanna go to.

Its better over here on the west coast have a nice time with all the polution of the taxis
I live in New York and if you do go to N.Y.C you must go to the Empire State buliding on a beautiful night, Go to the location of the twin towers to remember 9-11, go to Ellis island to vist the Statue of liberty, if you are driving with your parents they will go to the Holland Tunnel which is beautiful, try to learn about the history of New York and there are a lot of different type of malls, resturants and stores.

November is kind of a weird time of year.
It's be quite a while since I was 13 so I don't really know what interests a 13 year old these days and especially a 13 year old girl.
You might want to visit some of the many museums.
There is also Rockefeller Center where the skating rink might be open.
And don't believe the hype that Giuliani "cleaned up New York".
Stay in the big business and tourist areas where you are less prone to be targeted for anything.
I say LESS PRONE because although the shady characters are STILL there, they are less obvious to many but there is a more clear police presence in those areas.
Be careful.
Central Park has a zoo. It will be November, what about some Christmas shopping. Just walk around and take it all in, youll see alot just by walking, youll see what i mean when you get there..
