Where can I store my luggage for a day in New York City? |
Travel Info I have a 13 hour wait between landing at the airport and boarding on my cruise ship. You cannot leave your luggage at the airport and the cruise ship company will not sotre luggae in advance of boarding. I wanted to spend some time sight seeing around town but do not want to hall my luggage around. Any options for storage in town? I am willing to pay if it is a reasonable charge. Travel Tips Who says there are no more lockers around? http://www.jsrentalocker.com (near Penn Station) Others There used to be lockers at Grand Central and Penn Station, but after 9-11 they took them out. There is no where to store your luggage anywhere in NYC. My friend was here back in Decemeber and wanted to store her bag so we can go see a taping of GMA. We couldnt find a place to store it, so we had to miss the taping. go to the station and rent a locker... NO LOCKERS???!! sheesh :( I guess the answer is to pack less stuff. That sure scr毛ws up my vacation plans. pack less stuff. or find a Friend of a Friend or a business associate who will let you have your things shipped to them in the city |
