What are the coolest places to visit in New York City?!?!? |
Travel Info Because im traveling to new york city pretty soon, i wanna information about it so when i go, i know what my eyes should be on and places to shop and stuff. Advice Plese?!?! Travel Tips empire state building central park statue of liberty/elis island macy's times square broadway shows penn station is cool lol little italy china town if you wanna see it all.. not just manhattan.. take a bus tour.. you go uptown, downtown.. brooklyn, bronx (the zoo is great) queens... oh and i forgot staten island.. gotta see all 5 boroughs. nyc is amazing.. im proud to call it my home.. Others Well I don't really know what you're into, but heres some of my faves... Go on an early morning walk in Central Park look for some of the cool things there, the pond where Stuart Little sailed, the Alice in Wonderland Monument, Balto Statue, etc.. Have breakfast at a Jewish Deli and order bagel with cream cheese and lox Now here are some day options- Statue of Liberty(take the ferry to the statue or Ellis Island) the ferry itself is fun. Museum of Moving Images in Queens its near Greek Town too so after you can go get some baklava. The Guggenheim in Mannahattan is a good art museum Get a pretzel from a street vendor and watch a street musician/dancer Eat dinner at a diner where the waiters/waitresses sing the food sucks but the experience is worth it( one example is Ellens Stardust Diner in manhatten i think) Go to a night show on Broadway After go to Times Square(as long as its dark) and look for Cold Stone Creamery which has the best ice cream ever and where the servers chant ok so those r just some of the best!!! good luck and have fun |
