What if anything do you love about the toon?

Travel Info
i love the friendly people and sense of humour in my native north east.

Travel Tips
The people, the grainger market, the quayside, the bridges, the northern stage, the ouseburn, the Tyne, Newcastle united, the accent, seeing people out on a Friday night in blizzards in December dressed for the Copacabana, the fact you can be at the coast or on Hadrian's wall in 15 mins, stotties, pease pudding, brown ale, panis, the architecture, public art, kubichek! the fact that it is amazing is still relatively unknown to shandy drinking southerners Source(s): My head
Other Travel Tips
I'm with you on that, Hate the charvers and the bigg market tho
Smoggies rool!!
My friends and I used to travel into the `TOON` on a Friday night for a drink and a laugh with mates (in the pubs, not nightclubs).
But we`ve not been there for about 18 months, too many nutters and we didn`t feel safe.
Shame though, it used to be good.
That it's miles away
The People without a doubt.
