Travel Info Who here has been to Niagra Falls? My family and I are finally going tommorow and I just want to know any tips or FYI's... Thanks! <3 Travel Tips I was born in buffalo, ny. Niagara falls is so fun and nice. They have lights everyday, and on weekends, they have really nice fireworks. If you are on the american side of niagara falls, on the other side you can see the canadian side, which is very nice. It is going to be nice weather there, so try to go on Maid of the Mist, which is like a boat and they take you in Niagara Falls! If you are going to go to the canadian side, bring your passport or they will not let you in. on the canadian side, there is a really nice arcade place and haunted house and many more things. Well, hope you have fun in Niagara Falls! Others Hope you have loads of fun. Don't buy any discount barrels!!!And know where the closest bathroom is..Especially..have fun..Vegas with water.. Hey! I have been there and you get soacked but it is really fun....have a good time! I lived in the Niagara Falls for 15 years I Love it Do you have accommodations >>>> Don't stay in Niagara falls it will cost you a bundle You do not require a passport to cross into Canada just ID Have a great time make sure you Visit the Wax Museum No passport need until 2008 if traveling by car. By air passport is needed. Just came back. clifton hill is where all the cool stuff is - museums and stores and snacks and just wow-to see it all lit up at night is awesome! right near there is the falls -again beautiful but more so at night when it is lit up too. and check the building to your left of the falls-it lights up like a rainbow on the building at night-also the ferris wheel at clifton hills is AIR CONDITIONED -pretty modern eh? we didnt go on though because i am afraid of heights in motion. i just cant describe the fun i had - it was my favorite little getaway- we did the casino (casino niagara behind the ferris wheel-not casino rama) at night with not much money - the slots start at a penny and go to 2 cents and nickel and dime and up - we played forever with 20 dollars- i dont know how old you are so if youre too young you can tell your parents - anyways -have a blast! we are saving to go again already - |
