How far is the bus station in Niagara from the Falls; is it hard to cross from the Amer. to the Cana. side?; & |
Travel Info --is there an entrance fee?; and how late is the park open? Thanks for your help. Travel Tips The bus station is a half hour walk from the falls so take the shuttle bus. Border crossing is a huge,hot pain so make sure you have all your paperwork ready. Getting into the US is the worst. (Man I remember just whipping over for cheap gas and beer on my lunch hour) The Falls are not in a park, they are just there by the side of the road. There are lots of other parks you do have to pay to get in. Others Okay, on the Canadian side if you're at the bus terminal you're about 2 or 3 Kms from the Rainbow Bridge. On the US side the bus terminal is about 1 or 2 Kms away from the bridge. If you're on foot I think you pay 75 cents. I don't know what park you're talking about. The casinos on both sides are 24 hours, and you can access the falls on both sides 24 hours. I wouldn't be walking in Niagara Falls, NY too late at night on foot if you're not from there. The bus terminal isn't in the best area. Take a cab. |
