Can i view the Niagara falls from U.S like use the boat to see? cuz I can't go to Canada due to visa problems

I am an immigrant and lives in Detroit and can't go to canada because of visa problems. I really want to see the Niagara falls, but someone said i need to go to canada to see it. Is there anyway i can view it from the U.S? I want to take the boat rides and everything too.

I was there 3 days ago so my answer should be pretty accurate.
Maid of the Mist ride (the boat which takes you to the falls) runs both on Canadian side and American side. You do not have to cross border to experience the Maid of the Mist boat ride.
Niagara falls can be viewed from both the American and Canadian side but you will have slightly different views depending on the side you are on.
From the American side you have a better view of the waters going over the falls...however Canadian side have the better view of the entire look of the falls. However, it is a spectacular view regardless of which side you are on.

You can see the falls from the U.S. side , but to go by boat you have to go to the Canadian Side as there are no boat Tours from the U.S. side
