Niagara Falls has two train stations, one on the American and one on the Canadian side.
For example there are three Amtrak trains per day from New York to Niagara Falls which take about 9 hours.

If you are living on the east coast of England you can get a train to the west coast of England (the trip takes about 90 minutes)

Amtrak might actually have route to Niagara Falls. Worse come to worst...there's always Greyhound. =D
