Niagara Falls has two train stations, one on the American and one on the Canadian side.
For example there are three Amtrak trains per day from New York to Niagara Falls which take about 9 hours.

If you are living on the east coast of England you can get a train to the west coast of England (the trip takes about 90 minutes)

Yes, which side are you talking about. The Canadian side has a train station that is busy. Amtrak and VIA which is Cdn. There are trains that go to NF.
