After it was built? Are you seriously asking that question? OMG It wasn't built, it's a natural waterfall; people have been able to view it since there were people around to see it. Niagra Falls was built??? By Disney maybe? BUILT ?????? Well when Mr. Niagara finished it,in 00.00.0 he went for a walk, and never came back, it was thought he was eaten by the New Yorkers, so Mrs N opened the public conveniences when she needed to pee |
