The Surburban Areas of ST.CATHARINES,ONT: THOROLD,WELLAND AND NIAGARA FALLS.Which of these Suburb is less expensive in terms of Apartment Rentals,housing prices and closer to downtown St.Catharines,Ont???Please give detail advise.Thanks!

Wow! Haven't seen a question about this before.
I grew up in the area but moved away 10 years ago. Now I live in Virginia.
Cheapest will be Welland, but you are a good 20-30 minute drive from downtown St. C. If it's because you work in downtown, you might want to consider Thorold - it is a quick hop up the 406 to downtown and not as expensive as N Falls and St. Catharines.
My Dad owns several houses in St. Catharines and rents apts out. If you email me what you are looking for he might be able to help you.
