My niece does this all the time. She lives in Scarborough.

Go to the casino and get a PAC (players card) They are free. You can apply on line and pick it up the the desk at the casino.

Then you can take the casino bus for $7.00.

Try GO Transit. I don't think any of them are cheap though. If there is no service to Niagara Falls you will have to travel out of the Bay St bus terminal in Toronto via Greyhound.
Yes Mohinder bussing services [Mohinder S Gill ] they run mini bus service they are usually pretty packed and do pull over on occasion for prayer..burt they are grate
