my friend that lives in Oaxaca is in Houston for a while got to us. sat. came to see me 9-17-06 said anything could happen in Oaxaca he came on the bus no problems the larger cities are the prob. area he said most other areas are OK. Oaxaca is some what tense some other friends expat. moved from Oaxaca till it is over. if i want to go to Mexico i wouldn't let this stop me. Source(s): how i see it
