Are the Venetian Bay Villages in Orlando a good place to stay? |
Travel Info I am taking a trip to Orlando in May to visit relatives. There will be 5 of us traveling together and we'd like to rent a condo or house. I understand that these are rental townhouses/condos/homes that other people own. But will we be required to attend one of those timeshare presentations if we choose to stay there?? So far I haven't read anything about timeshares, so it seems like a nice place - but I was just wondering if anyone knew otherwise. Travel Tips I don't know a great deal about the timeshares down here but do know that usually they are upfront in telling you if they are timeshares and if they require you to sit through a presentation. Others I have never stayed at the Venetian Bay villages, but I would definitely recommend renting a house! I like the Solana resort, and this year we are staying at the Reunion resort. I find these places on sites like www.vrbo.com www.greatrentals.com These are websites that allow the actual homeowners to advertise their homes. These are not places that make you sit through a time share presentation!! I know Venetian Bay is one the resorts that list homes, so maybe you would try there!! Good luck! |
