Is it worth buying Disney tickets online for will call pick up vs regular ticket at the gate? |
Travel Info I don't have enough time to order them online and have them shipped. Another option is to order them and pick them up at "will call". I'll have three small kids and it will be Spring Break week, so even saving a little time is probably worth it. Has anyone done this before? Is the "will call" line easy to find and shorter to wait on? Thanks! Travel Tips Will Call is definitely the way to go, it saves so much time over waiting in line. You can pick them at the will call windows (or guest relations) at the theme parks or Dowtown Disney. The biggest benefit though is that you can pick them up from the Lobby Concierge if you are staying at one of Disney's Resorts. Generally, there is no line with the concierge so you can pick them up and go. It will be so much nicer than waiting out in the sun to buy your tickets, especially with three smaller kids. Also, not sure how long your ticket is, but on the longer passes there is a slight discount for purchasing them in advance. It doesn't save a ton of money, but anything helps! Have a great time! Others I'm not sure about Spring Break week...It's spring break here now! Under normal circumstance "will call" is pretty quick and easy! Good Luck! It will be quicker for you to have them done in "will call" type line rather than stand in the line at the ticket booth for purchasing tickets the day of. If I am not mistaken it is also a bit cheaper to purchase in advance. I think you save about ten bucks or so if you order them for pick up also. I would order them before you leave. if you buy them before hand you wont have to line up to buy them at the park, this will save alot of time and it gets you in faster. I usually buy my tickets at the Disney store, is there a store near you? it will be easier to go to will call. still will have a wait but not as bad. All suggestions are good but if you have any friends or aquaintances who live in Florida, residents of the state can get tickets at a better rate. When we go down my sister picks up the tickets and we all go together. Fun, fun, fun - but wear comfy shoes! |
