No, in the USA you have to be 25, it's because of the whole liability insurance rates and what not. Sometimes you can get it younger if you go through your insurance company. Nope, gotta be 25 and have a credit card. There are plenty of places in Orlando that will rent to under 25 year olds. Being 19 though, that is a bit too young for most places. I rented from Budget when I was 20. There are some privately owned places that will rent to younger people, however, you'll probably have to put down a major deposit on your credit card. Good luck. Check with the local rental car offices like Budget, Enterprise, Hertz. Call the actual local office. Policies are different in different cities and the people on the 800 numbers usually don't give out the correct information. |
