Oh you're fine! The area has public transportation called the Lynx bus or just "Lynx" it's called. I've taken it many times. It's just a city bus and there are stops all OVER international drive and kissimmee. lol I've been stuck behind it many times. So I'm assuming you're flying down? I'm 99% sure there's a stop at the airport and you can just pick up the pamphlets on the bus as to where the stops are. The bus is cheap. It's $1.25 and you pay when you board. If you're going to transfer, tell the driver and it's only 10 cents for transfer fees so you don't have to pay for another bus. have fun

I can relate to your problem of not driving. I can't drive, either.
But I am aware that there are hotels in the area where they provide a shuttle service to and from Disney etc. I don't remember all the names because things change from time to time. Your best bet is to do some internet search. Type in search engine for hotels in Kissimmee and then they will display various hotels in the area and phone #s and addresses etc. You can access the websites of these hotels and find out prices etc. Also if they did not mention, you might have to call them to find out if they provide a courtesy bus shuttle to and from the amusement parks of the area. These shuttles are free because you stay in that hotel. I don't think there are public transportation buses. I have not seen them at these parks. But there is some work to do on your part: some researching.
The public transportation in the Orlando area is buses only. It's called Lynx and you can get information on routes and schedules at golynx.com
Back when I couldn't rent a car yet (due to age), my friends and I used Mears Motor Service. It was great, you just had to call up 1 day in advance to let them know that you wanted to be picked up and told them where you wanted to go. They go to all of the major attractions in Orlando. They will also pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel, or wherever you are staying. We didn't make a reservation for this, they had different kiosks all over the airport and we just told them where we needed to go and gave them the money. I highly recommend using Mears, they don't cost much and they do a lot of services. I would either go online or call to find out prices because it has been about 12 years since we used them. Hope this helps.
I agree with using Lynx, and Disney World has their own transport system. It goes to all the attractions and resorts.
