Boma-Flavors of Africa located inside the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It is my all-time favorite restaurant on WDW Property! It is ideal for adventurous eaters or those who enjoy creative cuisine. This all you can eat buffet features food from Africa and other Pacific Rim Countries. They offer prime rib, mac n cheese and other American dishes as well for kids and picky eaters. My favorite dishes are the watermelon rind salad, the seafood gumbo, the roasted red pepper and sundried tomato hummice (sp?), and the zebra cakes for dessert! Enjoy!

Other Travel Tips

For the character meal go to the Liberty Tree Inn, it is the best show in the place and for lunch go to the ESPN Zone. Both places have the best food I had the whole 10 days I was at the World or in Florida in general for that matter.
Family vacation there that was so long that food was the only highlight because even Disney can get boring, but I got to tell ya, Florida needs cooking lesson in general. The 2 places I listed were the only good food we had while in the Sunshine State.
Le Cellier -- located in the Canadian part of Epcot.
If you're looking for a unique experience, check out the luau at the Polynesian Resort. If you have small children, especially girls, check out the character breakfast in Cinderella's castle. The Mexican restaurant in Epcot is good and offers great ambiance.
For a fancy meal try the California Grill on the top of the Contemporary hotel. Book the dinner 1 hour before the fireworks. Watch the fireworks during dessert. www.allearsnet.com for the menu. I also like Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
