Planet Hollywood gift cards??

I will be in Orlando first week of september, So I wanted to buy a gift certificate for there so It would less money to cary. I can not find where to buy these certificates from. There website does not have a place to buy gift cards

When you book a Walt Disney World Magic Your Way base package (hotel stay and tickets) you get a $15 gift certificate for food and non-alcoholic drinks at Planet Hollywood in Downtown Disney. You also get a 90 minute certificate for a Sea Racer (little motorized boats you can take out into the waters), a miniture golf certificate, and a commemorative Luggage tags.
