Is this an alright apartment in Orlando Florida?

Travel Info
I am looking for an apartment to move into thats real cheap in Orlando, I don't care if it looks bad smells bad or is bad I just need a place to stay until I get a good job. It's only 490 - 500 dollars a month for a studio, should I rent this? Also If I do rent It how much money do I need on the first month, do I just pay 490 a month or do I need to pay for the final month as soon as I rent it? and If anyone knows any cheaper apartments or just a place to stay thats real cheap (I dont care how shitty it is) please tell.

Travel Tips
If all you care about is the price, then this is probably a good choice for you. You're really not going to have much luck finding too much lucwer than that, unless you get some roommates orr whatnot. Normally, you'll have to pay 1 or 2 moth's rent in advance (First and last), plus a security deposit and application fees. A place like this, probably wouldn't charge you a whole lot up front, but be prepared to pay the equivalent of about maybe 3 month's rent up front to be safe. If you call the place, they should be able to tell you what their specific terms are. Welcome to Orlando!

ya i live in santa cruz and that would probably cost 1000 a month down here
you will have to pay up front the deposit and the first month rent.
Try kirkman road. Across from Valencia Community college. I am sorry I forgot the name. Just try to find as much of information as you can. Also off of Hiawassee, even kirkman, you will enter metrowest. Try that.... Gates of harbortown....
Also if you go to 535. There is lower income housing.
The area is not bad and neither is the price, you will need at least 3 times the amount, because you will also have to put down a deposit for utilities. This would probably be best for you because the cost of living may be lower here, but the rate of pay is even lower. You won't find a safer area for that price, anything lower and you will be in a neighborhood that you might not be comfortable in.
This is reasonably well maintained older place in a very good neighborhood that is a mix of older and newer developments (mostly houses). It is also fairly close to the center of town compared to most cheaper apartments. That seems pretty cheap for that part of town, but I've never been inside the place.
