Aren't those sound walls along the East/West Expressway nice?

I drove in this past Sunday and I haven't been into Orlando since Mothers day, traffic was light, so I got to observe the construction better than I normally can. Those sound walls really look good. I have seen better in larger towns, nice designs carved into the walls, but for Orlando, they are neat.

They even put them along the Greenwood Cemetary, I guess they don't want to wake the dead.

Is this a taxpayers project or are they paid for by tolls? No matter what, they are a great improvement.

I heard the Orlando Magic are going to pay for the walls as soon as the finish building their new home court.
