Do I need to activate the Disney tickets if I bought from Disney Store? |
Travel Info I bought the tickets from Disney Store, and the store manager mentioned something about activation & she gave me a receipt with tickets number on it. What does it mean? Do I need to do anything about it? I don't wanna look like an idiot when I try to get into the park & the crew member stops me with "problem ticket" Thanks for your help~ Travel Tips The store activates them when your purchase. Others The tickets are activated at time of purchase so they are ready to use when you are at the parks. (I work at The Disney Store and sell tickets daily). See if there's a number you can call on the receipt. If not, try (407)934-7639. I've never purchased tickets at the Disney Store, so I'm not sure. We always buy our packages on-line, and pick up our tickets at the hotel when we check in.... Your tickets will not become "active" until first use. Theres nothing you need to do, this happens when the ticket is scanned when you enter your first park. Keep your receipt and be sure to take it with you on vacation. If you lose your Disney tickets you can take this receipt to guest services and have the lost tickets canceled and guest services will issue you new tickets (no extra charge) minus any days that you've already used. Frequent Disney visitor. Dont worry about it. Just be sure to hold on to your reciepts. If for some reason your tickets do not work at the gate then go to Guest Relations with your tickets and receipt and they will give you new tickets. |
