Going to Disney World in Orlando, FL. Any suggestions? |
Travel Info We are two adults, one hired teen nanny and three children ages 9, 8 and 5. We'll be spending three days at Disney and one at Seaworld. Any suggestions on where to go, what to do, what to see or what to avoid? Also, any ideas on what to take would be appreciated. We'll be driving there in a van and it will probably take about 12 hours to get there. We're leaving late at night so the kids will sleep for most of it. Go to every park speshly disney every park is amazing for all ages but islands of adventure universal is more for older people rather than lil kids . yes expect to stand in very long lines for rides Go to Islands of Adventure its great fun!! If you're passing through Alabama you might stop by and check out the US Space & Rocket Center (aka: The Space Museum). Map link: http://maps.google.com/maps?um=1&tab=wl&... When you get to Florida, make sure to check out Sea World and the alligator farm. There are gobs of other attractions there, so look around for options! bring alot of sunscreen and sunglasses and film . This florida sun gets hot and you will get a sunburn if you dont use sunblock and if you do get sunburned remember vinegar and water with a washcloth .
