Does anyone have any tips for traveling to Disney World? |
Travel Info I've heard of telephone numbers you can call to get special discounts on tickets, secret ways to get to/from different places in the parks... If anyone has anything I or someone else here could use, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Travel Tips I worked there and the only "secret" way for you to get into the park would be to drive through the employee entrance and knock down the security guy.. not a good plan. Others I'm not sure about special discounts or secret ways to get to and from places in the parks. I do know, if you are staying in one of the Disney resorts you can get in early to the parks (different ones on different days). Also, something fun to look for in the parks are the 'hidden mickeys'- they are all over the property and are just a mickey head placed somewhere you wouldn't expect it (look on fences, the sewer covers, rides, etc.). I'm not sure if this helps at all, but good luck! Regarding the cheap disney tickets. I have been many many times and have never found any that is legit. If you are booking in the UK, go to the site of mercury travel. I have found them to be the cheapest when I bought myself and also checked out and bought for family members. check the site below for accommodation and other info http://floridavillarental2.mysite.orange... AVOID Disney World or Disneyland! It's homosexual friendly - meaning your children aren't safe in the restrooms and there have been complaints of homosexual activities behind shrubery. BOYCOTT!! if your not staying in a park transportation can be expensive.try getting a car rental. hope you have fun,i was there this time last week,i just love disney world!!!!!! i'm going back this august. I've lived in Orlando all my life and I have never heard of a secret phone # to call and get cheap tickets. You'll probably have to pay regular price at the park, or go through a travel agent. I wish there was such thing as a secret ticket discount, but there isn't! I also don't know of any secret passageways in the park, but if you find out let me know, because that would be awesome! hahah I can give you some tips though. Get to the parks early. Seriously be there right when they open if you want to beat the crowds. Lines are going to be extremely long but usually the first few hours in the morning are not that bad. Plus it won't be as hot earlier in the morning, and it is SO hot here. Also take advantage of the FastPass system. How it works is you scan your ticket at a certain ride and it will give you a FastPass that will give you a certain time that you should come back. If you come back at that time (there will usually be a 30 minute window) you get in a special FastPass line and usually get on the ride right away. You can only have one FastPass at a time, but they are really useful for the more popular rides that have 60+ minute wait times. Lets see... 1. Get there when the park opens 2. Use FastPasses 3. HAVE FUN! |
