Go to the theme parks official website. From there you can purchase printable park tickets. You will be asked for your credit card number and other billing information, but you will be able to print out your tickets.

Disney doesn't offer any coupons, but you might be interested in the Orlando Magic Pass (I think that is what it is called). I think Universal and Sea World are both in on that.
