Since you are under 25, the insurance rates to cover you is higher, so they charge a higher rate to cover the costs. Since you are 21 you should have no problems. When you go to the websites or call, you should be able to find options for someone your age. When you select the box is when it will no to add on the extra fee. Others ya i think you can..since you've had your lisence for over 2-3 years I guess you could... I rented a car online... I was flying to Orlando... and I was 19... And I don't remember them asking me for my age... Look around some companies will require you to be 25. Others will rent you are a car with restrictions and an extra charge for being under age.
