Travel Info What is there to do in southern florida that cost little or no money(meusams, zoos, amusument parks, nature sights ect.) For people from ages 5 to 38. Travel Tips Check out this site. Other Travel Tips the BEACH your in florida enjoy it cost no money too. if your in the real southern part like with the everglades - the fan boats are probably fun to go on and see nature but that would probably cost a lot. umm if your by miami i dont need to tell you what to do - everything goes down there. idk The Beach,The Mall,the Park... walking There's Lion Country Safari in Loxahatchee (little west of West Palm Beach). It's a drive through zoo. You drive your own car through the zoo so the animals can come right up to you except a few like elephants, lions, and monkeys. But you drive through gazelles (other animals like them), ostriches, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, and a bunch of other animals. You can drive-thru as many times as you like until about 30 mins before closing time. After the drive-thru part there's another part where you can feed giraffes, they have kid rides (such a merry-go-round, train ride, maze,etc), mini putt, paddle boats, water park for the kids, tortioses, lizards, gators, feeding area you can go into to feed the goats/ sheep, have animal shows, etc. The prices are listed below..but if you go to their website they have coupons you can print to get a discount. If you like to camp they have a KOA campground right next to it..and they have nicely priced packages that include admission to the park. It's a great and fun experience for any age. You'll definatly get your $'s worth.
