Travel Info Does the old key west resort have shuttle buses at disney world? Travel Tips Disney's Old Key West Resort is a Disney Resort inside the giant Walt Disney World property. There is free transportation for all the Disney Resorts to the 4 Disney parks, 2 Disney Water Parks, and Downtown Disney. The 4 Disney parks include Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. The 2 Water Parks include Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. Downtown Disney is a free-admission enterntainment area with lots of shopping, dining, and nightlife. From Disney's Old Key West Resort you will use the Disney busses to get to all the parks and resorts. For Downtown Disney you can take the boat over to the Downtown Disney Area. I always thought Disney was all close together- but its not! some of the bus rides to the parks can be 10 min! but the resorts with the shuttles are really really close. if you can afford them that is!! i would love to save up enough money to stay at the Polynesian! Yes they have 2 forms of transportation at Old Key West. The first method is by bus. The bus will take you to any of the Theme parks, including both Water parks. The other method of transportation at Old Key West is by Boat. They have a boat that will take you to Downtown Disney and Lake Buena Vista shopping. personal knowledge |
