How do I pay extra to jump the queues at Disneyworld? I believe there is a way to do so.? |
Travel Info I have heard you can pay extra at Disneyworld Florida to go right to the front of the queue. Does anyone know how this scheme works? Thanks. Travel Tips Using Disney鈥檚 FASTPASS gives you an alternative to waiting in lines for the most popular attractions. There is no additional charge to use FASTPASS. Here鈥檚 how it works: 1. Ticketed guest or annual passholder enters park at front gate. 2. Guest visits any attraction offering FASTPASS. Here, guest has the option of waiting in the regular standby line or choosing FASTPASS. To assist, there鈥檚 a digital clock denoting regular wait time and the return time for FASTPASS. 3. If the FASTPASS option is chosen, a guest inserts his or her theme park ticket into the FASTPASS turnstile. Out comes the free FASTPASS denoting when to return to the attraction. Holders of FASTPASS are given a one-hour window for their return -- for example, 10:05-11:05 a.m. That means the guest cannot enter the attraction before 10:05 but is free to return at any time during the designated one-hour window. 4. While awaiting the FASTPASS return time, the guest is free to enjoy other areas or attractions in the park. The guest can obtain a FASTPASS for another attraction either two hours after obtaining the first FASTPASS 鈥?or after the first FASTPASS time expires -- whichever comes first. 5. Upon returning at the designated time, the guest heads straight for the FASTPASS entrance and proceeds directly to the attraction pre-show or boarding area with little or no wait. Others Rent a wheelchair. No, you can't. And even if you have a wheelchair, you don't go to the front of the queue, you just have a different access. Too many non-disabled people were scamming them. Yes, but you have to set a "reservation" time to come back. You have to go to the ride of your choice and check-in and it will give you a time to come back. Then you take a separate roped off line that goes in front of everyone else. Went to DW in 2000. Lines were short so we didn't pay extra for the service. No, you cannot pay to "skip" the lines anywhere at Walt Disney World. However, you can use the Disney Fastpass system, this is how it works: There are select major rides and attractions at the parks that offer the Fastpass option. At these rides you can insert your ticket into a Fastpass machine, a small stub will print out specifying a return time. When you return at your specified return time enter the Fastpass line and you will get priority boarding onto the ride with little or no wait. I recommend you checkout more info on WDW at: http://www.disneyworld.com Have Fun! It is called fast pass FASTPASS Disney's FASTPASS庐 service is sure to help you get the most enjoyment out of your day at the Walt Disney World庐 Resort! This free Guest Service saves your place in line, allowing you to venture off and experience more of the wonders of Walt Disney World 鈥?before returning to board your attraction with a minimal wait.
