Is Universal Studios in Orlando crowded in late November/early December? |
Travel Info We wanna go to Universal Studios in Orlando, but we wanna go when the weather is cool and the crowds are at a minimum. Is this a good time to visit? Travel Tips Yes the crowds are at a minimum especially after Thanksgiving until a couple of weeks before Christmas. If your planning on going, you should go the week after Thanksgiving. There will still be plenty of people there, but not as many as if you were to go during the summer months. Also you can purchase special passes that eliminate standing in long lines. Others It might be because it really doesn't cool down much in late November it is only 70 degrees so it may still be crowded.But I went to Universal Studios in May and it wasn't really crowded then. I went to universal a few years ago the week of thanksgiving and it was wonderful. I have also been in June (will never do that again!) The weather is nice enough that you can wear shorts or jeans and the crowds are at a minimum. The longest line we stood in was 45min. and that was to ride a new ride at Disney! I am planning on going back this year and we are going in late November. I hear that thanksgiving week is a little more crowded so we are going the week before. Have Fun!! I traveled to Disney last year during this time. I don't think I waited over 10 minutes to get on any ride. The parks were pretty empty and the weather was nice then, too. It's actually a good time to travel almost anywhere. Have a great time! When you live there for 10 years you learn to do the tourist thing during the week! |
