Travel Info I have visted there before and liked it, but I wondering if anyone could tell me where is the best place to live. Also, are they racist over there? I'm in a mixed marriage and we don't want any problems. Thanks. Travel Tips i used to live in clearwater and no they are not racist , and it all depends on how much u r willing to spend on a place, and it is nice over their Others I live outside area, racism, is everywhere, sadly. So, go scout the area, make sure it's conducive to your needs. We live south of the beach, pricey.... Sand Key, try off Gulf to Bay. Good Luck... Sadly, it seems as if there is a little bit of racism everywhere. Clearwater isn't all it is cracked up to be. It used to be so nice there. But now, it is way too overcrowded, the traffic is horrible, and living there is outrageously expensive. Worst of all, there used to be wonderful, un-crowded beaches, but big corporations are building condos all over the place. You might want to try something that is a little more inland, such as Largo. Largo is good because it is beautiful there, and Clearwater is only about 20 minutes away. I hope this helps! Many years of living in the Clearwater area. |
