Travel Info I am going to disney next week. Can you tell me the best parks to visit. My kids are 9 and 11 and love rides.? Travel Tips All the parks have great rides and things to offer. So I would suggest getting park hopper passes to get a little taste of all the parks. However, Magic Kingdom is a must see for all children. I would paln an entire day for this park if possible. Others 9 and 11 ride lovers: MGM- Rocking roller coaster, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest, Dinosaur Epcot: Mission Space, Test Track, Soaring California Magic Kingdom: Buzz Light year Space Ranger, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain Have a GREAT TIME Epcot - Soarin' and Test Track - both have fast passes. Soarin' is unbelievably cool! MGM - Rockin Rollercoaster - also fast pass - but if your kids don't mind riding in separate cars - the single rider line is even quicker. GREAT COASTER! Tower of Terror. Magic Kingdom - Space Mountain is still a classic! The Haunted Mansion is closed for renovation. Animal Kingdom - the Everest Ride Don't forget to pack your sunscreen!!! It's hotter than heck already down here, and the sun will cook you quickly. Orlando resident all of the parks offer their rides that fit the main theme of the park. Magic Kingdom was the 1st park built. Therefore most of the rides have undergone revamps, but are still kind of poor with the thrill factor(s). I wouldn't reccomend this park for a ride lover. Epcot is my faveorite park. World Showcase is a must-see but there is not really any thrilling rides except mission space which spins you alot and test track, but it isn't that extreme. Animal Kindgom has just recived the newest ride to disney world. Expedition Everest is a good roller coaster in the aspect of creativity,art,and how real it actually does look. I am freaked out of roller coasters, and this one wasn't bed at all. Its just kind of neat to see the yeti inside. If you want to go on this arrive very early to the park, because wait times are 2 hours+ in about 45min. and fastpasses sell out almost immidietly. MGM studios is the park i would reccomend most for a ride lover, because of rock 'n' roller coaster which is extremely fast, and tower of terror because of how far down it drops you. This is definitly a park you need to visit for a ride lover. hope this helped and have a great trip, i was just there for my 7th visit, and you are going to love it!! My little cousin is 11 and we went to Magic Kingdom there is a ton of rides there. They will love MGM. All the parks have certain rides but it seems like MGM has the most. Especially for the age of your kids. Have fun! |
