Other Travel Tips
No there is nothing to see there
Check out the Music Center or Disney Hall ...on the web ... at any given momment you will find any of the above there ... both located next to each other in downtown Los Angeles
There are theatres on each of the four Disney theme parks. I the city of Orlando nearby there are several theatres where plays are performed. There is a musical dinner theatre in the College Park section of Orlando and a comedy dinner theatre off of International Drive. You have Medieval Times which has a sort medieval time period sort of entertainment on Irlo Bronson Highway. So the ansower to your question is yes there are many good shows to see around the Disney area as well as on Disney property.
Cirque de Soli has a show in Downtown Disney. Get your tickets in advance - it is often sold out.

as well as Dixie Stampede

There are a couple of dinner theaters on International Drive - Capone's comes to mind first.

you can also check www.orlandocentroplex.com
to see who or what's in town the time your're here. One word of caution - parking in this area is a nightmare, even if you prepay for parking - ESPECIALLY is there is a Magic game that night.
