Does Disney still do the Main Street Electrical Parade?

Travel Info
They used to do it in Disney World on Main Street. I don't see it mentioned anywhere on the website. What about fireworks shows? I see something similar that is "parkwide." Does this mean they do the same show at every park every night? Select nights? Is there a schedule for these events somewhere?

Travel Tips
The Electrical Parade was replaced by SpectroMagic several years ago (a version of the original Electrical Parade runs in Disney's California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort in California).

Wishes is the name of the current fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom. It can be seen from various places in the park (what they mean by "parkwide") but is best viewed from the Hub (right in front of the castle).

Both the fireworks show and parade(s) are shown most every night.

The "official" calendar/schedule is here:

Click on the day number for specific times.

Each of the 4 Disney theme parks offers it's own unique parades and shows -- while you're at the DisneyWorld website, send off for their free vacation planning DVD. Lots of great info!

Have a great trip!

Yes, the nighttime electrical parade on Main Street in Magic Kingdom is called Spectromagic. The parade is a classic and happens on Main Street every night. If you go to the official Disney World website you will find more info on parade hours, park hours, details, etc.. Here is the link:

There is also a firework show at Magic Kingdom called Wishes. This show also takes place nightly and hours are posted at the website and on the "Times & Information Guide" that you will find at the park. Epcot also has an amazing firework show called Illuminations: Reflections of the Earth, a must see! I personaly like Illuminations at Epcot better than the Wishes at Magic Kingdom. Illuminations has more fireworks, pyro-technic effects, lazers, and its much easier to see from anywhere around the central lake.

Have Fun!
The Main Street Electrical Parade was retired in Disneyworld. They now have the Spectromagic parade, which is basically the same thing, but different music and costumes. The parade follows the same path as the old Main Street parade did. The fireworks display was also updated, and is absolutely spectacular, do not miss it.

The same show is produced every night at each park. The Magic Kingdom has Spectromagic and the Wishes night time spectacular, which is the fireworks display behind Cinderella's Castle. Epcot does Illuminations laser light show and fireworks in the lagoon in the middle of the countries. MGM hosts the Fantasmic night time laser light show, which is my favorite by far. They hold that in it's own stadium at the end of the street leading up to the Tower of Terror and Rock 'N' Roller coaster.

For showtimes and schedules, go to the Disney website (I put the link below) and check the calendar for each park. If you need to you can check at the park each day, and there will be a schedule for all of the shows.

Hope this helps.
