What are the best days to go to specific Disney parks? |
Travel Info Like, what are the best days to go to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and MGM. We're going in May of 2008 and I was told to never visit MK on a Monday. What about the rest? Where else can I find this information? Travel Tips Tuesday. Plan on staying for at least 4 days if you want to see everything!!! Check for package deals because they are out there!!! Others tues - sun on a p/cloudy week I dont think it matters honestly, i've been many times and different days didnt matter too much, i'd just plan it depending on weather. If you are staying at one of the Disney Resorts, then you will want to take advantage of their Extra Magic Hours. They have designated days for each park during the week where it is open 1-2 hours early and 1-3 hours late....and only Disney Resort guests can be there. You have to get a wrist bracelet for the late hours. BUT, you don't want to be at that park during the mid-day/afternoon hours ....it is usually very crowded on those days. You can go to Disney.com to find out which park has the Extra Magic Hours. We went this past May and we really enjoyed the late Extra Magic Hours. It was very cool (needed a sweater) and the crowds were much lighter! Well, any park is good on a Wednesday, so I suggest you go around 1:00 on a Wednseday. Less crowded and not as sunny. That information is difficult to find on the internet. According to intercot.com, the busiest days are listed below. What days are historically the busiest at the Parks? Walt Disney World parks tend to be the busiest on the following days: Magic Kingdom: Monday, Saturday & Sunday Epcot: Wednesday & Friday Disney-MGM Studios: Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday Animal Kingdom: Monday, Tuesday & Friday Touringplans.com (see link below) will give you a two week breakdown.
