Don't bother going to winter garden. Good place to live nothing that attracts to tourist though.
Why do you want to go to Winter Garden? There is nothing tourist-oriented there, just a lower class working community that can be rather rough at night in places. If you are looking for a tourist attraction, stay away from here - there is nothing for you.
I visited as part of a city tour. It was quite nice but as others said its not really a tourist attraction in itself. If you have a car then maybe take a drive but dont go out of your way to visit.
