What is your favorite Disney resort? Grand Floridian...? |
Travel Info I've been to disney 4 times and we are going again this summer. We usually stay in shades of green (military resort but still located in disney) and this time we are staying in the Grand Floridian! Has anyone ever stayed in the grand floridian? is it nice? what's your favorite disney resort? Travel Tips I have never stayed at the Grand Floridian , but I did stay at the Coronado Springs Resort. They have a cool water slide at the pool! And its really gorgeous at night! Others My fave is the Mardi Gras themed one- I have never stayed in the Floridian. yes, very i thought it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in, and most expensive lol! Oh and by the way it is soo cute the ducks swim in the pool with their ducklings about every day.So cute! Grand Floridian is a nice resort. I prefer the Boardwalk Inn myself only because it's walking distance to World Showcase in Epcot, and a watertaxi ride to MGM/Disney studios. Have Fun! The Grand Floridian is among the nicest of all the resorts and you will love it. It's right on the lagoon, so it has its own beach, and you're right on a monorail line, so you can be at the Magic Kingdom or Epcot gates in just minutes. My favorite resort is the Polynesian, which is near the Grand Floridian. I just like the Tiki themed buildings and decor. Hope you have fun! The Grand Floridian is the flagship of the WDW resorts, and it underwent a major face-lift in 2003. You're gonna love it. By far the most posh resort on the property (but also the most expensive). I have also stayed at Shades of Green and it's great after the remodel and add-on of additional rooms. Other than those two, my favorite resorts would be the Polynesian (if only I could afford it) and Port Orleans French Quarter (most bang for the buck out of the WDW resorts).
