Or, call the airline you will be flying with. You will be flying from Ft. Myers area. If you are traveling by ground vehicle, plan on at least 3 hours. I have driven this more than once prior to my retirement. Taking the shortest route, traveling up US 17 to I-4, the distance is 157+ miles. This is a reallyslow drive, through so many small towns. You will need to travel through: Arcadia, Zolfo Springs (stop at Pioneer Park to look at the old steam engine), Wauchula, Bowling Green, Bartow, Winter Haven, the list goes on. Below is a route I always used while going to Ft. Myers and Naples. A better route, traveling north on I-75 to I-4, the east on I-4 to Orlando is 200+ miles and 3 hours, but a much more relaxing drive and safer.
