Going to Disney, what are opinions of park hoppers tickets AND meal tickets....Worth it or not?? |
Travel Info Going to Disney, what are opinions of park hoppers tickets AND meal tickets....Worth it or not?? Travel Tips First off, what I do is buy an Annual Pass, then plan a 2nd trip just before it expires. Since each trip is 2 weeks long and I go to the parks almost every day that I'm there, I save a ton. Then on top of that, I got the Disney Dining Experience, which got me 20% off a lot of my sit down dining. OK, if you aren't going down that much, then I definitely recommend the park hopper. Sometimes a park can get real crowded midday, and it's best to go to a different one. Animal Kingdom usually closes at 5pm, so it's good to be able to go to head to Epcot after for dinner & fireworks. Meal tickets? Depends on what you like to eat. Some people don't like sit down meals while they are there. If you think that you'll use them and save money while doing it, then go for it (but I think that the meal tickets wouldn't work without the park hopper, since most of the good food is at Epcot & the hotels). I personally think the food is one of the best things down there, and especially in World Showcase in Epcot, really lets you experience that country more than just walking through the shops. Someone recommended AllEarsNet.com before. Definitely go there, and check out the dining section. Has all the menus & prices (not super current, but pretty good). HAVE FUN :D definately worth it. i believe its cheaper that way and more efficient. live in florida... know all the parks. |
