What part of florida should I visit for my honeymoon??? |
Travel Info I'm from Kentucky. I am getting married in November, and am not familiar with the weather conditions in florida. Does anyone know where I can go to florida in November on my honeymoon and it still be warm? also, what kinds of things are there to do in the part you are recommending? Travel Tips I suggest Key West as well. My husband and I went there on our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. We stayed at the Southernmost Resort which is right at the end of the island. It was great and was a reasonable price. Key West has wonderful food, nightlife, spectacular romantic sunsets and best of all you can walk anywhere. We're planning a trip there for our five year anniversary. Good luck! :-) Others Go down into the Keys. It's always warm there. Very romantic. You can get all the beach time you want and they have a very active night life. Key West. Beautiful and Island like. Hemingway loved It. Lived there. Key West . You will love it and when you tell people where you went on your honeymoon they will actually know where you are talking about . =] I would avoid the Keys, especially Key West, which gets very crowded as it is a stop for many cruise lines. My suggestion would be Sanibel Island or Captiva Island. There are many properties that offer the right blend of island romance and seclusion. The waters are still warm that time of the year, and the sunsets are amazing. Many of the hotels offer romance packages, and a favorite of mine is South Seas Resort. Good luck and happy planning!
