At discovery cove they give you wetsuits to wear that only go up to 18XL but I wear a 24 what will they do? |
Travel Info Is there any additional sizes or will they provide something eles. Travel Tips We visited Discovery Cove several years ago, and we didn't receive "wet suits". They provide you with jackets that you are required to wear during th swim with dolphins, but I don't believe we were required to wear them for the rest of the time we were swimming. Are you doing a special program? Have fun. Discovery Cove is Beautiful! Others Give Discovery Cove a call and see if they can provide a larger one. If not, then don't worry, you can go without one. You might be a little cold after a while, as the wetsuit's purpose is to keep your body warm, and sometimes protect you from items that you could bump into. You can go with a swimsuit. I was on a recent scuba diving trip and a large man didn't wear one, due to the fact that they didn't have one anywhere near his size. He did fine, and went 70 feet below the surface in his t-shirt and shorts. Don't worry about this! Many of us have extra pounds. Just go and have the time of your life there! Good luck! I had the same problem so I just ended up swimming naked. |
