I just want to know if it is a scam since He requires me to pay 240USD for Tourism Travel Certificate to Mr. Felix Okeke the alleged Tourism Travel Coordinator for Asia/Africa. Please answer me asap. Others What Mount Royal Hotel in Ottawa, Ontario? There is one in Banff, Alberta, but not Ottawa. This is the same old scam to get you to pay your $240. Why would a Canadian Tourism Travel Certificate require payment in USD?? How did they get your email? This smells like a scam.
